- We then search on our computer for properties that meet the criteria you are looking for. Our computer can access several real estate boards' multiple listing service. We input the criteria you are looking for and then it will come up with the results, including pictures of the homes and maps. This will help you eliminate any undesirable homes and allow us to help you faster.
- We take you to see the homes or give you the address so you can drive by the outside. When you are ready for more information, we can take you in and if you want to buy the property, we write up the purchase contract.
- We can easily complete the process within 30 days in most cases.
